Yesterday, our teachers returned for inservice, and we had a fantastic day. We had lengthy discussions about best practices in early childhood education and positive guidance strategies for children from infants through PreK. We have an amazing group of new and returning educators at FUMP, and I look forward to having your family join us.

Our virtual parent orientation meetings will be held on Thursday, August 10. Please see the class roster page for the exact date and time. Lead teachers will send you links and additional classroom information in the coming days.
Classroom visits will be held on Friday and Monday, August 11 & 14. Visits are 15 minutes, allowing the children to meet their new teachers and see classroom spaces. We will hold Open House style visits; your family may swing by anytime starting at 9:30 and ending at noon. Also, if you are currently enjoying the last days of summer and cannot make the visit, your child’s teacher will coordinate a time to meet your child.
Reminder: enrollment and medical forms are due ASAP. Please take a few moments to complete your child’s information on the New Family Enrollment page or the Returning Family Enrollment page. You may see revision requests in Brightwheel as we review and process forms. Please let us know if you have any questions or issues. Please note that we have staff meetings throughout the inservice week, and response times may be delayed. Thanks for your patience; we will respond as soon as we can.
Invoices are coming your way next week. We have families making last-minute schedule changes and will complete them just as school begins.
